The Arts Council Resource Center welcomes new community volunteer Ylonda Powell of New Haven. Ylonda has an extensive background in theater, dance and mime. She is the founder and executive Director of Jesonda, a faith based arts organization. Her responsibilities are to help people become more acquainted with the Center’s offerings and equipment.
